Me Amir Kafshdaran is civil lawyer practicing in all areas of civil litigation and advisory such as business law, corporate law, commercial law, labour law, family law and immigration law. He is the founder of Amir Kafshdaran Law office and its managing partner. 
 
Me Amir Kafshdaran has successfully represented his clients before various instances such as the Québec Court and Superior Court of Québec, administrative tribunals, such as the Rental Board (Régie du logement), and other, in various districts in the Province of Québec.
 
Me Amir Kafshdaran's has gained an unparalleled experience in diverse fields of law.  He offers his clients outstanding representation (1) before family courts in matters such as divorce applications, child support and custody battles, partition of the family patrimony, inter-provincial laws and impacts on family issues, (2) before civil courts in civil responsibility, extra-contractual responsibility, contractual disputes, insurance claim disputes and other. 
 
In addition to litigation, Me Amir Kafshdaran, has assisted its corporate clients in their ongoing business activities such as the negotiation of commercial lease, drafting of contracts, legal opinion on products intended to be imported or sold in the Province of Québec or across Canada, negotiation and review of shareholder agreements or share purchase agreements, just to name a few.
  
Me Amir Kafshdaran has extensive experiences in the business and securities sectors working for Computershare Trust Company of Canada, formerly Montreal Trust Company of Canada, for nearly a decade. In this respect, he was implicated in several major public transactions such as the Industrial-Alliance Life Insurance Company’s demutualization and initial public offering (I.P.O.), acquisition of Centura Bank by the Royal Bank of Canada, redemption of Bell Canada’s preferred securities and Nortel Networks spin-off from Bell Canada. Moreover, Me Amir Kafshdaran has acquired significant experiences in the corporate trust business, such as, management of escrow agreements, trust indentures, warrant issuances etc.
